“Not much to say at the moment. In the tenth over of this T20 match, I felt like I hadn’t been waiting too long to get my turn with the ball. But sticking to our strategy ended up being successful. We observed how the opening batsmen performed initially and noticed that cutters bowled into the pitch were effective. The idea was simply to maintain these precise lengths rather than trying anything fancy. Seeing what worked, I decided against testing out different speeds (laughs). My focus remained on keeping everything straightforward—each delivery mattered significantly,” Krishna explained according to ESPNcricinfo.
His structured bowling and knack for adjusting to the wicket conditions were crucial for Gujarat, who rallied impressively following a challenging beginning to their campaign.
