Culinary Celebrations and Experiences in Bangkok

Bangkok continues to be a hub for culinary innovation and unique dining experiences. From special collaborations between renowned chefs to immersive wine tours, the city offers a diverse array of events that cater to both food enthusiasts and curious travelers.

Culinary Collaborations

One of the most anticipated events is the celebration at Côte by Mauro Colagreco, marking its fifth anniversary with a special collaboration involving three chefs: Davide Garavaglia, Mauro Colagreco, and Himanshu Saini. This event promises a menu that blends culture, tradition, and innovation. Another notable collaboration is on Oct 9 when chef Sam Aisbett from Akuna in Ho Chi Minh City will join chefs Pongcharn “Top” Russell and Michelle Goh at Mia. The eight-course tasting menu will showcase a fusion of Australian and European influences, highlighting Vietnam’s produce and Bangkok’s vibrant culinary scene.

Wine and Dining Events

Le Méridien Bangkok will host an evening dedicated to Spanish wines, featuring a curated selection from Catalonia, Ribera del Duero, and Bierzo, paired with contemporary European cuisine. The event will take place at Tempo on Oct 8. Meanwhile, Pullman Bangkok King Power will offer a four-hands dinner from Oct 9-12, blending French and Mexican flavors. On Oct 11-12, a brunch at Deja Vu and Dusk will feature a 10-course menu complemented by caviar and charcuterie.

Jampa in Phuket will host a one-night-only event with Maison Brotte, pairing wine with seasonal creations on Oct 9. Additionally, Blue by Alain Ducasse will collaborate with Baan Tepa for a six-course dinner on Oct 8.

Wellness and Pet Care

The Wellness Festival at The Peninsula Bangkok from Oct 3-5 brings together experts for activities like yoga, sound healing, and nutrition workshops. It also includes hybrid training sessions and cooking classes focused on health and wellness.

The International Pet Variety Exhibition 2025 returns under the theme ‘Annyeong: BFF In Korea’. With over 250 booths, it showcases pet products and services from around the world, transforming more than 10,000m² into an immersive Korean village for pets and their humans.

Restaurant Highlights

Asiatique Ancient Tea House is offering a curated collection of 11 signature dishes, including dim sum and mala beef noodles. Le Méridien Chiang Rai Resort features its signature Beef khao soi, a dish made with premium beef shank and served with various sides.

At Kisara, diners can experience the exclusive “Maguro Omakase” with a 10-course dinner showcasing premium maguro from Japan. Tea and Tipple at Centara Grand at CentralWorld offers an autumn afternoon tea with a variety of sweet and savory delights, accompanied by gourmet coffee and cocktails.

Viu at The St. Regis Bangkok provides a tailor-made lunch set with highlights like Le fritture all’Italiana and Wagyu beef cheeks. The Signature Sunday Brunch features game meat specialties.

Khao Lak Marriott Beach Resort and Spa recently unveiled Panasia Grill, offering a ‘grill-it-yourself’ experience with premium cuts of meat and seafood, along with curated beverage pairings.

Travel and Family-Friendly Activities

Meliá Pattaya Hotel enhances its family-friendly credentials with the Kidsdom program, offering creative workshops for children. AirAsia has introduced a new cross-region route between Chiang Mai and Udon Thani, operating four times per week until Oct 31.

Beauty and Fashion

Gucci Beauty introduces the effortless natural face duo: Gucci Glow Skin Tint and Gucci Matte Powder, designed to provide a fresh, natural makeup look. Cos unveils its Autumn/Winter 2025 campaign, focusing on elegance and ease with modern wardrobe pieces. Disney+ Hotstar will rebrand as Disney+ in Thailand on Oct 9, bringing an exciting lineup of US, Korean, and Japanese originals.
