Lisa Rinna Reveals She Was Drugged at “The Traitors” Season 4 Premiere
Lisa Rinna, a well-known figure from the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” recently shared a shocking revelation about her experience at the premiere party for “The Traitors” season 4. During an interview with Good Day New York, she disclosed that she tested positive for fentanyl after the event, which took place in California in January 2026.
Rinna mentioned that she was “completely inebriated” during the party and that Colton Underwood, her co-star on the show, alerted her team to the situation. They ensured her safe departure from the event without any incidents. In a recent interview, she confirmed that she had taken a drug test and found alarming results.
“I had fentanyl in my system,” she said. “I’m not kidding. I had fentanyl, high levels of amphetamines and other things, but I can’t talk a lot about it because we’re still dealing with it.”
Support from Her Husband
Rinna also expressed gratitude towards her husband, Harry Hamlin, for his support during this difficult time. He was instrumental in helping her leave the party when he noticed something was wrong. She mentioned that she couldn’t share much about the findings because her team was actively working on the case; however, she praised her husband for coming to her defense.
She also revealed that she has heard similar stories about The Abbey, the location of the premiere party. “All my daughters’ friends. I mean, this is not a first-time thing. This is something that’s gone on for years, and I do think it needs to be a conversation,” she said.
Response from The Abbey
The Abbey, where the event took place, released a statement addressing the concerns raised by Rinna’s team. They mentioned that they conducted a “thorough review” of the incident.
“When she became unwell, our security team assisted her and escorted her safely out of the venue. We pulled and reviewed all available surveillance footage from the time in question and interviewed staff on duty. We found no evidence of drink tampering or suspicious behavior toward her,” the statement continued.
Feud with Colton Underwood
Rinna will appear on the upcoming “Traitors” reunion, airing tonight on Peacock. According to previous reports, she had a tense relationship with Underwood on the show, leading to a public feud. Rinna teased in a social media video that she did what “needed to be done.” She added, “‘Cause you know, if you want a Housewife, I’ll give you a Housewife … honey.”
It’s unclear what exactly happened between the two stars, but it must have been intense, as Underwood reportedly unfollowed Rinna shortly after.
Challenges of Filming ‘The Traitors’
One thing for certain, however, is that Rinna is likely enjoying her time away from her “Traitors” co-stars, given she recently revealed that filming the show was “the most challenging” production she’s ever been a part of.
“I don’t care. Broadway, ‘Dancing With the Stars’ — this is the most challenging because it’s a game, [it’s] physical, mental, and psychological,” she said. “There’s not enough sleep, and there’s not enough food.”
She also explained that filming as one of the show’s titular characters is even more challenging because of how much time they must invest.
“For traitors, because you work three hours longer than the faithfuls, because it’s secret. Once the faithfuls go home, you go to the turret and do your traitoring. 18 hours a day. Every day,” she said.
Burning Andy Cohen’s Book
Rinna recently appeared on an episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” and the controversial reality star admitted to burning Andy Cohen’s book, “The Daddy Diaries,” after learning he put their personal text messages in it.
While Cohen apologized for the act, Rinna said that she was overjoyed to burn the publication in her living room’s fireplace.
“It was so beautiful to watch your book go up in flames,” she joked.
