EXPLORE FURTHER: Strange cause for the crowd gathering along the seaside thoroughfare
A pregnant woman experiencing ‘pregnancy rage’ has lashed out at another woman following her frustration over a widespread and annoying issue at fast-food outlets.
Maggie had been queuing for 20 minutes to place an order at a ‘sushi noodle joint’ located in Geelong, which is situated southwest of Melbourne.
Melbourne
, on Monday.
After observing that a lady and her companion remained unsure about their choice long after they had reached the counter, she mentioned that her tolerance was exhausted.
It seemed as though the companion was ordering beef noodles with satay sauce, however, the lady promptly intervened informing the employees that he actually does not enjoy satay.

The lady told her companion, “I believe when we were last here, it was too warm for your liking. Do you still want it? Alright then, we’ll go ahead and order the satay.”
At this stage, Maggie had seen red and simply wished to swiftly grab two dim Sims and leave the place.
Then she says, “I will choose between chicken or beef.” She then states, “The chicken seems more appealing; I’ll go with that,” she explained.
Then she approaches the woman and asks, “Are those large noodles really springy and chewy, or are they somewhat dried out and possibly sitting around for hours?”
And I’m thinking, ‘It’s around 12:30 PM. How long does “all day” mean to you?’
And this Chinese lady says,
Had you visited this place earlier? Here are the noodles; they have the same flavor as always.
The lady subsequently opted for the thick noodles, however, by now Maggie had grown exasperated with her wasted time.
She mentioned that she “snapped” when the woman took as long as it would have taken four people to place their orders just to get two dim sims with sweet and sour sauce for herself.
Maggie mentioned that the lady subsequently informed her, “Pardon me, but I am currently in the process of placing my order.”
The pregnant woman stated that the lady was not just managing ‘the entire queue,’ but also upset the employees at the counter by asking about the noodles.
“You’ve been given 20 minutes to consider what you intended to do. Since you haven’t completed it, your behavior seems self-centered,” she said to the woman.
After Maggie paid for her dim sims, she took them and left, leaving the woman behind in astonishment.
I step outside, and as I do, a woman catches my arm and says, “Thanks. Goodness gracious, we really should improve our queue manners.”
She said, “Hop into your car and turn on your lights, darling, then you’ll feel better.” And she added, “Some people need to hear that sort of thing.”
Maggie posted yet another video discussing the event, stating she harbored no remorse over it.
This morning, I reflected on it and realized my behavior was quite forceful; perhaps I escalated things further. However, during pregnancy, I get easily irritated and won’t tolerate such situations,” she explained.
‘I had an altercation at the sushi noodle place… and I’m quite pleased with how it turned out.’
Many social media participants supported Maggie, asserting that the lady at the counter ought to have been more aware of the situation.
“One suggestion is allowing the person behind you to proceed if you’re unsure of your choice,” someone commented.
“Totally true, feeling angry during pregnancy when you’re hungry is on a whole different scale. It’s like you transform into a completely different person for a short time,” one commented.
‘A third person chimed in: Make your decision while you wait! Avoid delaying others and treat your partner with respect, not like an infant,’
Several supported the woman’s behavior, asserting that Maggie needed to exhibit greater patience.
“I beg to differ. Individuals should be allowed to spend as much time as they need when placing their order,” another commented.
They queued up just as everybody else did. It would take merely another 30 seconds to two minutes for them to come to a decision.
