A prestigious university has reportedly rescinded job offers to young lawyers as part of an investigation into its recruiting program for aspiring attorneys.
The program is referred to as the “nation’s top entry-level federal attorney recruitment program,” drawing candidates from the best law schools nationwide.

Messages were sent by the US Department of Justice’s Office of Attorney Recruitment and Management.

These offers “will be made from late November throughout December, but the process usually continues through January and beyond.”
The program hires recent law school graduates and young lawyers who started law clerk positions, graduate law programs, or qualifying legal fellowships within nine months after graduating from law school.
