Star player Thomas Müller netted his team’s only goal in their 2-1 defeat.

However, some enthusiasts were confused by head coach Vincent Kompany’s choice to leave the 35-year-old player out of the starting lineup at the beginning.
However, Müller wasn’t worried about it and doesn’t want the situation to be distracting.
“Absolutely, I’m glad to begin. Everybody likes participating in the game. However, we equally require substitutes who can make crucial plays when they step onto the field or guide the team effectively. Each player has a specific role assigned by the coach prior to every match, and these roles are determined with complete expertise and understanding,” as reported by Bild.

Specifically for me, it’s crucial that I convey this message now—that it’s all about the larger perspective. It doesn’t seem as though I’m wrapping things up on a final journey; instead, we’re right at the heart of the activity, and that’s how we conduct ourselves, and that’s how I experience it.
Müller keeps saying and doing everything appropriately, even though some people view his recent treatment by the club executives (and perhaps the coaching staff) as disrespectful.
Given comments like the one he just delivered, it appears quite likely that this esteemed veteran player is positioning himself for a future executive position within the organization.
